McDonald’s main Corporate Office is located in Thornleigh NSW with regional Corporate Offices located in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
Our Corporate Offices provide support, systems and processes to our restaurants and our Franchisees from the design and construction of new restaurants to the creation of our latest promotional products.
To provide this support, we regularly look for talented individuals to fill positions within the various departments of our Corporate Offices including:
- Development & Supply Chain - includes our Design, Construction, Real Estate, Workplace Safety, Supply Chain, Product Development and Quality Assurance teams.
- Information Technology - includes our Restaurant IT Solutions, Corporate Solutions and our IT Project Management teams.
- Marketing - includes the Brand and Strategy, Media and Sponsorship as well as the State Marketing Teams.
- Operations Management & Restaurant Solutions Group - includes the Field Service Team (Franchise restaurants), the McOpCo Team (McDonald’s Operating Company restaurants), and the Operations Development, Training and Measurement teams.
- Human Resources & Corporate Communications - includes the Human Resources and Corporate Services Teams. Corporate Communications are responsible for both the Public Relations and Internal Communications within McDonald’s.
- Finance - includes the Operations Finance and Corporate Finance teams.
- Ronald McDonald House Charities - includes National RMHC House Development, National Learning Program Management, Fundraising and Communications.
- Legal – includes our team responsible for understanding the law as it applies to McDonald’s and the identification and resolution of legal issues.

It is a legal requirement that all employees have the right to work in Australia. If you are selected for an interview, you will need to demonstrate your right to work in Australia by providing an original of one of the following documents:
- Australia Passport
- Australia Citizenship Certificate and photo ID
- Certificate of Evidence of Australian Citizenship and photo ID
- Australian Birth Certificate (for people born after 20th August 1986, the birth certificate must show that at least one parent was born in Australia. If it does not, you will also be required to provide evidence that at least one parent was a current Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of your birth) and photo ID
- New Zealand Passport with Australian Immigration Entry Stamp
- Foreign Passport with Permanent Residency Visa and photo ID
- Foreign Passport with Visa work conditions (e.g. Student Visa, Working Holiday Maker Visa, etc) and photo ID
- A copy of this document will be retained for your file if you are successful.
