What are Weight Watchers Approved Meals?

McDonald’s has teamed up with Weight Watchers to offer four Weight Watchers Approved Meals, which include favourites like the Filet-O-Fish® burger and a six pack of Chicken McNuggets®, together with a side salad and diet drink or bottled water. All approved meals have a Weight Watchers POINTS value of no more than 6 ½. People on the Weight Watchers programme have a daily POINTS allowance of between 18 and 40.
