  • Flexible rostering system through our shift arrangements. Most restaurants trade 7 days a week and some are 24 hour operations. Therefore, the majority of our mangers are “fully flexible” meaning they are available to work any time or day of the week. Their roster is usually posted a month in advance, and will change from week to week allowing them to accommodate a wide range of non-work related activities.
